Building Skills, Shaping Careers

May 8, 2026

At UK Precision, we recognise the importance of early career experiences in shaping the next generation of engineers. Last month, we took two of our apprentices, Cori and Finley, to the MACH Exhibition to experience the latest developments in advanced manufacturing.

The visit provided valuable insight into cutting-edge technology and innovation, giving them a first-hand look at the future of British manufacturing. Most importantly, it was an opportunity for them to explore what’s possible and feel inspired about their career paths.

Apprenticeships have been central to UK Precision for over 30 years. Through our strong partnership with Exeter College, we’ve developed a programme with a proven track record, with many former apprentices progressing into senior roles within the business.

We are proud to support and develop emerging talent and look forward to seeing Cori and Finley grow in the years ahead. Our commitment continues as we expand our apprenticeship programme into 2026 and beyond.
