Celebrating our Apprenticeship Scheme!

February 18, 2025

At UK Precision, we are proud to have been investing in the next generation of precision engineers for the past 30 years. With over 50% of our current workforce having come through our apprenticeship schemes, we are committed to nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth.

Alongside Exeter College our apprenticeship program has a strong track record of success and retention, with many of our apprentices moving into senior roles within the company.

We are looking forward to continuing our apprenticeship scheme in 2025 and beyond.
